In order to be able to ship on the day the order is placed, it must be placed by 1 p.m. at the latest. This information has a guiding value and has no contractual force, in the sense that there may be objective reasons why the package cannot be shipped on that day. But in general, if you place your order by the mentioned time, we will do everything we can to ship on the same day as your order.

Opt for delivery by pickup from the courier's premises - Fan Courier or DPD. This way, your address does not appear anywhere, only the address of the pickup point appears, which will be confirmed by phone with you.

A second possibility is to pick up the package from the Sameday Easybox or Fan Courier EBox. If you have chosen payment on delivery you have to pay by card when picking up the parcel. No cash option upon delivery at a box. Our orders will always be shipped in regular brown cardboard boxes and will not have labels or any other writings that would indicate the contents inside or the name of the store that sent the package. The courier does not know what is inside the box.

• Cash on delivery - you pay cash or card when you receive the package
• Bank transfer - Products are reserved for a maximum of 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

• Personal pickup from Sameday Easybox or EBOX Fan Courier (credit card payment) - nonstop - you can pick up your package anytime

When you are called to confirm the order, you can request the operator to deliver via one of the options above. Delivery is not possible via Uber drivers or similar.
